What you’ll be doing?

Customer Service & Sales

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently
Prepare and serve menu items, including smoothies, according to cafe recipes and guest preferences
Make product recommendations and answer customer inquiries with confidence
Operate the point-of-sale system, process multiple forms of payment, and provide correct change
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner

Food Preparation & Service

Wash, cut, and prep fresh ingredients for daily service
Assemble bowls, wraps, salads, and smoothies following recipe guidelines
Ensure all food and beverages are presented neatly and meet quality standards
Maintain proper food storage and rotation to ensure freshness and safety
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols

Cleanliness & Maintenance

Keep all food handling areas clean and sanitized throughout the shift
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment consistently
Regularly clean and maintain equipment such as blenders, prep stations, and sinks
Restock all stations and inventory areas as needed to ensure full menu availability
Complete daily opening and closing checklists to support smooth operations

Who we’re looking for?

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions

Understanding of food safety and hygiene best practices

Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude

Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus
